คุณผึ้ง ธีราภรณ์สุวรรณวิทู : สวัสดีเดอะ ไทยแลนด์เดอร์สนะคะ ผึ้ง ธีราภรณ์ สุวรรณวิทูค่ะ ตอนนี้เป็น COO อยู่ที่ Designally Co. นะคะ เป็นบริษัททำเกี่ยวกับ Branding และ website ซึ่งผึ้งได้ร่วมทำกับ เพื่อนสนิทมาตั้งแต่ปี 2018 ก่อนที่จะเข้าวงการเบื้องหลังคนการเมืองในช่วงปี 2021 พอเข้าวงการการเมืองมา ตอนเลือกตั้ง ผู้ว่ากรุงเทพมหานครในปี 2022 ที่ผ่านมาก็ได้มีส่วนเข้าไปช่วยคุณหญิงสุดารัตน์ เกยุราพันธ์ และคุณหญิงท่านก็ได้มอบหมายให้รับตำแหน่งเลขาของนาวาอากาศ ตรีศิธา ทิวารี ซึ่งขณะนั้นได้ลงสมัครผู้ว่าฯ กรุงเทพมหานครในสังกัดพรรคไทยสร้าง ไทย ซึ่งทำหน้าที่คล้าย ๆ กับผู้จัดการดาราเลยค่ะ ดูให้ทุกอย่าง ทั้งคิวสัมภาษณ์ คิว ออกรายการดีเบต คิวลงพื้นที่ทั้งการกิน กาแฟ เสื้อผ้า ยันผ้าเช็ดแว่น ใช้ชีวิตอยู่ด้วยกับน้าปุ่น (คุณศิธา) ช่างภาพ และคนรถแทบ จะครบ 24 ชั่วโมงต่อวัน ในช่วงหาเสียงชีวิตพลิกเลยค่ะ จากนั่งสบาย ๆ ในห้องแอร์ของ Designally กลายเป็นต้องออกเคลื่อนที่ไปรอบกรุงเทพมหานครไม่หยุดหย่อน ส่วน ณ ตอนนี้ก็กลับไปทำงานที่ Designally Co. เหมือนเดิมค่ะ เป็น COO ควบคุมการทำงานทั่วไปของบริษัท รับหน้าที่ควบคุม ทุกขั้นตอนของบริษัทตั้งแต่ต้นจนส่งงานถึง มือผู้รับและควบคุมทุกอย่างของบริษัทค่ะ
เดอะไทยแลนด์เดอร์ส : ชอบบทบาทไหน ของตัวเองมากกว่ากัน
คุณผึ้ง ธีราภรณ์ สุวรรณวิทู : ส่วนตัวชอบ ทั้งสองบทบาทค่ะ ซึ่งมันแตกต่างกันพอ สมควรนะคะ พาร์ทการเมืองที่เข้าไปโดย ตำแหน่งเลขาต้องทำทุกอย่างและทุกขั้น ตอนจริง ๆ โดยจะเจอหลากหลายรูปแบบ อาทิ เจอทั้งคนที่มีความถนัดแตกต่างกัน ออกไป ทั้งตัวเนื้องานที่บางอย่างก็จัดการได้ง่าย บางอย่างต้องใช้ความอดทน ใช้ความ ละเอียดอ่อนในการจัดการ ทั้งสถานการณ์ ที่เปลี่ยนแปลงได้ตลอดเวลา แต่โชคดีที่มี ทีมงานทุกคนสมานฉันท์ บรรยากาศการ ร่วมงานกับอดีตผู้สมัครผู้ว่ากทม.ท่าน อื่น ๆ และทีมงานของพวกเขาก็เป็นมิตร มากค่ะ ฉีกภาพรูปแบบการเลือกตั้งแบบ เดิม ๆ ที่ว่าถ้าอยู่คนละสังกัดแล้ว เราจะ ไม่คุยกัน การเลือกตั้งผู้ว่ากทม.ครั้งล่าสุด นี้ทำให้ได้เห็นมิตรภาพระหว่างการแข่งขัน ชัดเจนมาก ทั้งทีมเลขาและผู้ติดตามก็ต่าง รู้จักกันหมด เพราะเจอหน้ากันซ้ำ ๆ ทุก วัน ทุกเวทีที่ดีเบต จากเริ่มต้นแค่มองผ่าน ๆ กัน จำหน้าคนนี้ได้ว่ามากับผู้สมัครท่านนี้ ไปๆมาๆเลยพูดคุยกันระหว่างรอดีเบต ก็เป็นความทรงจำที่น่ารัก นึกย้อนไปทีไรก็ อมยิ้มได้ตลอดค่ะ
ส่วนงานบริษัทที่บุคลากรในบริษัท Designally แต่ละฝ่ายจะชัดเจนอยู่แล้ว ทุกคนจะแข่งขันในแนวทางที่แตกต่าง กันแต่จะไม่แข่งขันกันเท่าทางการเมือง
อันนี้จะเป็นครอบครัวมากกว่า มันก็จะอุ่น ใจมากกว่า เพราะเราจะรู้ว่าแต่ละคนเป็น อย่างไร เนื่องด้วยความท้าทายมันต่างกัน งานการเมืองจะมีเสี้ยววินาที แต่สำหรับ พาร์ทของบริษัททั่วไป อาจจะเป็นใน ลักษณะค่อย ๆ ปรับเปลี่ยนไปได้ ต้องมี ความเข้าอกเข้าใจซึ่งกันและกัน เป็นเสมือน ครอบครัวเล็ก ๆ ครอบครัวหนึ่งที่แต่ละคน มีหน้าที่ ที่ชัดเจนของแต่ละคน ใครมีปัญหา อะไรก็จะช่วยเหลือและแนะนำกันเป็นบรรยากาศสบาย ๆ เหมือนเพื่อน เหมือน พี่น้องทำงานกัน ไม่กดดันเท่างานการเมือง
แต่ถ้าถามว่าชอบอันไหนมากกว่ากัน จริง ๆ มีความสำคัญคนละแบบมากกว่า เพราะถ้าเป็นบริษัทของตัวเองจะมีความอุ่น ใจมากกว่าแต่ในขณะเดียวกัน ส่วนทางการ เมืองจะมีความท้าทาย แต่ถ้าให้เลือกจริง ๆ ขอเลือกพาร์ทการเมืองค่ะ เพราะมีความ สนุกและมีความท้าทาย
เดอะไทยแลนด์เดอร์ส : ไลฟ์สไตล์ส่วน ตัวเป็นอย่างไร
คุณผึ้ง ธีราภรณ์ สุวรรณวิทู : ส่วนมาก ถ้าเครียดจริง ๆ จะอยู่กับน้องหมา เมื่อ ก่อนเคยเลี้ยงหมาอยู่ 5 ตัว ปัจจุบันมีอยู่ 2 ตัว เป็นหมาพันธุ์West Highland White Terrier หรือ Westie ชื่อโอโม่ กับไฮเตอร์ เป็นหมาสีขาวทั้งคู่ ก็มาฟารม์ เดียวกันแต่คนละพ่อ คนละแม่ อันนี้เป็นเหมือนชีวิตจิตใจเลยค่ะ เวลาช่วงที่ยุ่ง ๆ
บางทีไม่ได้นอนกับเขา เขาก็ไปนอนรอใน ห้องนอน ตัวหนึ่งนอนอยู่บนเตียงตัวหนึ่ง นอนอยู่ด้านล่าง คือเราคิดว่า สุนัขคือสิ่งที่ เยียวยาจิตใจอย่างหนึ่งจากการทำงาน มี ช่วงหนึ่งที่มีปัญหาชีวิตนิดหน่อยก็เลยอยู่ กับสุนัข ก็คืออยู่กับเขามานานแล้วไม่คิดว่า เขาจะเป็นสิ่งที่เยียวยาจิตใจให้เราได้ขนาด นี้ ขนาดว่าเขานั่งจ้องหน้าเราก็รับรู้แล้วว่า เขารู้สึกยังไง เขาฟังภาษาคนรู้เรื่อง จริง ๆ สองตัวนี้ เป็นสตาร์ในอินสตาแกรมมีช่วงที่ ผึ้งอาศัยอยู่ที่ออสเตรเลียประมาณ 5 – 6 ปี พอกลับไทยทีก็ถ่ายรูปโอโม่ ไฮเตอร์ไว้ ในมือถือ แล้วก็ทยอยโพสต์ลงในไอจีของ โอโม่ ไฮเตอร์ ปรากฎว่าพวกร้านเพทช็อป ที่ออสเตรเลียส่งของมาให้โดยให้โอโม่กับ ไฮเตอร์นำเสนอสินค้า ไม่ว่าจะเป็นเทศกาล คริสต์มาสวาเลนไทน์ ฮาโลวีน กลายเป็น ว่าโอโม่และไฮเตอร์ ได้ยอดผู้ติดตามเยอะ ขึ้นมาก กลายเป็นเน็ตไอดอลไปเลย
อกี พาร์ทของไลฟ์สไตล์ผึ้ง คือ การท่องเที่ยว ผึ้งจะชอบการไปดูเทนนิส ถ้าจะให้พดู ตรง ๆ คือเป็นคนไม่เล่นเทนนิส แต่ว่าเราชื่นชอบนักกีฬาเทนนิส อย่างปลายปีที่แล้วก็มีไปดู เลเวอร์คัพที่ลอนดอน จะมีโนวัค โยโควิช , ราฟาเอล นาดาล , โรเจอร์ เฟเดอเรอร์ ซึ่ง ปีนั้นอยู่ดี ๆ เราก็ตัดสินใจไป เราก็รู้อยู่แล้ว ว่าจะมีการแข่งขันครั้งนั้นเกิดขึ้น เรารู้สึกว่า 3 คนนี้ค่อนข้างอายุเยอะแล้ว เราคิดว่าเขาไม่ สามารถที่จะเล่นได้ไปมากกว่านี้ ซึ่งสามวัน ก่อนจะถึงการแข่งขัน เฟเดอเรอร์ประกาศจะ เลิกเล่น คือกลายเป็นว่าเราได้มีโอกาสไป ดูเขาในรอบสุดท้ายที่เขาเล่นก็ได้โมเมนต์ ที่นาดาลกับเฟเดอเรอร์กอดกันร้องไห้ ซึ่ง ตอนนั้นเราเจคแลค เวลาน่าจะเกือบตีห้าเมืองไทย เกือบถอดใจกลับโรงแรม ไม่รอ ดูการแข่งขันครั้งสุดท้ายของเฟเดเรอ เล่น แบบ double กับนาดาว แต่ก็ฝืนความง่วง ตัวเองได้ และมีโมเมนต์แมตซ์นั้นอยู่ในมือถือ ได้ส่งต่อให้คุณพ่อ คุณแม่ดูว่านี่คือที่สุดแล้วที่เราไปดู เราชอบที่สุด ซึ่งพ่อแม่ก็คิดว่า แค่ไปดูเทนนิสนี่นะ แต่มันคือแพชชั่นของเรา จริง ๆ ถึงเราไม่เล่นเทนนิสแต่เราก็สนุกไป กับมันได้ซึ่งนี่คือการผ่อนคลายของเราเอง
เดอะไทยแลนด์เดอร์ส : มีการแบ่งเวลา ในการทำงานและการทำในสิ่งที่ชอบอย่างไร
คุณผึ้ง ธีราภรณ์ สุวรรณวิทู : :แบ่งยากมาก ยอมรับว่าไม่สามารถบาลานซ์ทุกอย่างได้ ในเวลาเดียวกัน ถ้าเราอินกับอะไรสักอย่าง เราให้เต็มร้อย ถ้าให้ต้องมาบาลานซ์ 20 20 20 30 อย่างนี้ เราทำไม่ได้ ในช่วงการ ทำงานเป็นเลขาช่วงเลือกตั้งผู้ว่า เราก็จะทุ่มจนลืมทุกอย่างแม้กระทั่งพ่อแม่ เพื่อน สนิท และก็สุนัขทั้งสองตัว ลืมโลกส่วนตัว ของตัวเองไปเลย ช่วงก่อนการทำงานเบื้องหลังงานการเมือง จะมีเวลาว่างเยอะหน่อย ก็จะอยู่แต่กับโอโม่และไฮเตอร์ พาไปโน่นนี่ หากิจกรรมให้ตลอดเวลา ช่วงไปดูเทนนิส ก็ จะทิ้งงาน ทิ้งน้องหมา ทิ้งเพื่อน และหายตัวไปเลย จุดอ่อนของเรา คือไม่มีจุดกลาง ค่อน ข้างไปสุดโต่งไปเลยหรือไม่ก็สนใจทำสัก อย่างไปเลย ซึ่งน้อยคนที่จะเข้าใจจุดนี้ของเราแต่สิ่งที่สำคัญที่สุด คือ หนึ่งพ่อแม่ สอง ญาติและเพื่อนสนิท ถ้าสองคนกลุ่มนี้เข้าใจ เรา เราก็สบายใจแล้ว คนนอกวงนี้จะคิดอะไรยังไงก็เป็นสิทธิ์ของพวกเขา

The Thailanders : Please kindly greet The Thailanders readers, introducing yourself and tell us about what you are doing at present.
Khun Pheung Teeraporn Suwanvidhu: Hello, The Thailanders. I am Pheung Teeraporn Suwanvidhu, I am as COO of Designally Co. It’s a branding and website company, which is the company that is founded with my close friend since 2018 before entering into political work in 2021. In 2022 ,Bangkok governor elections, I was a personal assistant to Khunying Sudarat Keyuraphan at the then time. She assigned me as a secretary to Khun Sita Divari, who was a candidate for Bangkok Governor Election under Thai Sang Thai Party. My work was similar to an artist manager. I did everything, ranging from managing his daily schedule for interviews and political debates, as well as arranging his meals and coffee, the outfits or even sunglasses wipes. I stayed with Khun Sita, the personal photographer and Khun Sita’s driver for almost 24 hours during the time. My life turned around, from work at Designally Company in air- conditioned room to having to work incessantly around Bangkok . Now, I returned to my work at Designerlly as previously performed, to control every details of the company from the beginning until the end of the job well-done, controlling the work to be delivered to clients and controlled every work of the company.
The Thailanders : Which is the role of life that you prefer ?
Khun Pheung Teeraporn Suwanvidhu: Personally, I like both of my role, They are quite different. In political role, I was I must to work on everything and in every step, encountering a variety of work, such as I met many people with different aptitudes. Both details of work that something can be handle. Some work must be patience work. Some work is delicate in the situations that can be changed always. Fortunately, my teams woked harmoniously and that made good environment of work with all ex-governor candidates, whose teams were very friendly. It is not the same details of woark as the country main election, that I ever seen before. If we came from the opposition, we would not talk with each other. The latest of Bangkok governor election that could be found a good amity. We had been meetng one another at debate stage everyday. From beginning, I could remember everyone, so we had been talking while waiting for the debate. It’s very lovely memory. I always smile when thinking back to that moments of time. We faced with the situations that could be always changing.
As for the work at the Designally Co., we are with clear-minded. Everyone competes each other in different ways, but not as tight as in the area of political work. Designally Co. is more as a family. It will be more reassuring because we know how, and that the challenges are different. For political work, it could be a fraction in every second. For business companies, work could be gradually adjusted due to mutual understanding. We are small family that everyone has each duty. If someone has any problem, we will help and advise one another for problem solving. This is comfortable. We are like a family that work together and do not put pressure on it, the way we faced with the political work.
If asking which work is what I prefer, in fact, every role is important, due to the fact that it’s my own company, so I’ll have more air. However, at the same time, the political work is challenging. If I really had to choose, I’d choose a political work, because it’s fun and a challenging task for me.
The Thailanders : What about your personal lifestyle?
Khun Pheung Teeraporn Suwanvidhu: Most of the time of stress, I will stay with my dog. In the past, I had five dogs, now there are only two, named Omo and Haiter, both are west Highland White Terrier. They came from the same farm but have different parents. During when I’m busy, sometimes I don’t sleep with them. They would sneak into the room where I’m sleeping, One laid on the bed, the other on the floor. I thinks that dogs are one of the things that heal my mind from busy work. When I had a bit of a problem in my life, I had dog to heal. They have been with me for a long time. They would be healing friends. Even if one of them was sitting in front of me, I already knew how he felt. He can listen to my language. They are two Instagram stars. When I lived in Australia for about 5-6 years and when I came back to Thailand I took photo and stocked many photos of them, then I uploaded the photos on Instagram. Suddenly the pet shops there, sent dogs goods to Omo and Haiter to have them present the Christmas , Valentine, and Halloween collections. My dogs become Net idols.
Another part of my lifestyle is travelling. I love going to watch the tennis matches. To be honest, I’m not a person who play tennis, but I like attending tennis matches and see tennis player. For example, at the end of last year, I planned for the Lever Cup in London. There would be Novak Djokovic, Rafael Nadal, Roger Federer, in the game, and then I suddenly decided to go. I already knew that this match would happen. I felt that these 3 people are quite aged and that they wouldn’t play for long. Three days before the match, Federer announced his retirement, it turned out that I had the opportunity to watch him in the final game he played. I got the moment where Nadal and Federer hugged and cried. At that time, I had Jet lag. At 5 o’clock in Thailand, I almost gave up and returned to the hotel. I didn’t wait to see Federer’s last match, of which he played a double with Nadal, but I can resist my sleepy time, and have that moment match in my phone. I passed on the vdo to parents to show that is the best I went to see, and that I very much liked it. My parents felt it was just going to see the game, but it’s really my passion. Even though I don’t play tennis, I can enjoy it. This is my own relaxation.
The Thailanders : How could you divide your time to be with what you prefer ?
Khun Pheung Teeraporn Suwanvidhu: It’s very difficult to divide the time. When I focus on something, I will look like balanced, but it’s really hard to balance 20 20 20 30 like this. During when I worked as a secretary for Khun Sita, I was very into the work and forget everything, even my parents, best friends and my both dogs. I forget my own personal things. Before working behind the scenes of politics, there will be a lot of free time. I stayed with Omo and Haiter, took them here and there, found activities for myself all the time. When I went to see tennis matches, I would leave my job, my dog, my friends, and everything disappear altogether. My weakness is that there is no intermediate point, go to extremes or not be interested in doing anything at all. Few people could understand my point. First important persons in my life are my parents, then my close friends, close relatives. They are always understand me well. I feel comfortable. Other people might be unable to know about me. It’s up to them. it’s their right.
