สำหรับการจัดการประกวดในครั้งนี้เรียกได้ว่ายิ่งใหญ่อลังการทั้งรูปแบบการจัดงานและโปรดักชั่น แสง สี เสียง นอกจากนี้ยังมีโชว์สุดอลังการจากนักร้องระดับโลก “จอห์น เลเจนด์” เจ้าของรางวัลแกรมมี่อวอร์ดและเจ้าของเพลงฮิต All of me ที่ได้กลับมาโชว์อีกครั้งในรอบ 13 ปี
ทางด้านบรรยากาศการเชียร์นางงามในปีนี้ได้รับความสนใจจากแฟนๆ นางงามทั่วทุกมุมโลกเป็นอย่างมาก โดยเฉพาะแฟนๆ นางงามไทยที่คอยเกาะติดการประกวดอย่างใกล้ชิด
สำหรับ “แอนโทเนีย โพซิ้ว” มีชื่อเล่น “แอน” อายุ 27 ปี เกิดวันที่ 2 พ.ย.2539 มีส่วนสูง 175 เซนติเมตร จบปริญญาตรีหลักสูตรนานาชาติ สาขาวิชาการตลาดและประชาสัมพันธ์มหาวิทยาลัยนานาชาติแสตมฟอร์ด มีแม่เป็นคนไทย และพ่อเป็นคนเดนมาร์ก ทำให้ “แอนโทเนีย” เติบโตมาในครอบครัวที่ผสมผสานสองวัฒนธรรม โดยในวัยเด็ก “แอนโทเนีย” เคยอาศัยอยู่ 7 ประเทศ

“แอนโทเนีย โพซิ้ว” ไปไกลถึงรอบ 3 คนสุดท้าย สร้างประวัติศาสตร์เป็นนางงามไทยที่ไปไกลถึงตำแหน่งรองอันดับ 1 มิสยูนิเวิร์ส 2023 และยังเป็นสาวงามไทยคนแรกที่เข้าไปถึงการตอบคำถาม 3 คนสุดท้าย
ครั้งสุดท้ายที่ประเทศไทย ไปไกลถึงรองนางงามจักรวาล ต้องย้อนไป 57 ปีที่แล้ว โดยตัวแทนประเทศ ณ เวลานั้น คือ “จีรนันทน์ เศวตนันทน์” รองอันดับ 2 นางงามจักรวาลปี พ.ศ. 2509 ที่ได้เป็นตัวแทนประเทศไทยต่อจาก “อาภัสรา หงสกุล” นางงามจักรวาลคนแรกของไทย
โดยรอบ Final Question หรือการตอบคำถาม 3 คนสุดท้าย “แอนโทเนีย” เลือกตอบคำถามว่า “ถ้าคุณจะเลือกเป็นผู้หญิงซักคนบนโลกนี้ คุณจะเลือกใคร และเพราะเหตุผลใด” ซึ่ง “แอนโทเนีย” ตอบอย่างมั่นใจว่า เธอเลือก “มาลาลา ยูซาฟไซ” เจ้าของรางวัลโนเบลสาขาสันติภาพที่มีอายุน้อยที่สุดในโลก โดย “มาลาลา ยูซาฟไซ” คือผู้หญิงนักเคลื่อนไหวชาวปากีสถานที่ต่อสู้เพื่อการศึกษาเท่าเทียมของเด็กและผู้หญิงในประเทศบ้านเกิดของตัวเอง จนทำให้เธอกลายเป็นเป้าหมายความรุนแรงจากคนที่ไม่เห็นด้วย ที่ผู้หญิงในปากีสถานจะได้รับการศึกษา ถึงขั้นถูกยิงที่ศีรษะจากกลุ่มมือปืนตาลีบัน ซึ่ง “แอนโทเนีย” ได้ยกย่องความกล้าหาญ ความเข้มแข็ง และไม่ย่อท้อต่อการเป็นผู้นำสร้างความเปลี่ยนแปลง

“Anntonia Porsild” won first runner-up at Miss Universe 2023
Sheynnis Palacios has made history for “Nicaragua” to be the first to be crowned as Miss Universe.
1st runner-up is Anntonia Porsild from Thailand.
2nd runner up is Moraya Wilson from Australia.
For organizing this competition, it can be said that it was grand and magnificent in both the format of the event and the production of lights, colors, and sound. There was also a spectacular show from the world-class singer “John Legend”, the winner of the ‘Grammy Award’ winner and owner of the hit song All of me who has returned to perform again after 13 years.
The atmosphere of cheering for this year’s beauty queens has received the attention of fans. There are many beauty queens from all over the world, especially Miss Universe fans who keep a close eye on the competition.
“Anntonia Porsild”, half Thai-Danish, born on November 2, 1996, 26 years old, graduated with a bachelor’s degree from an international program majored in Marketing and Public Relations, Stamford International University. She grew up in a family with mixed cultures, a Thai mother and Danish father. When she was young, Ann lived in 7 countries, leading Ann to learn how to live and be open-minded about differences in cultures.
“Anntonia” likes to play many sports, including basketball, volleyball, football, and Muay Thai.
“Anntonia Porsild” made it all the way to the final 3, making history as a Thai Miss Universe who made it as far as the 1st runner-up at Miss Universe 2023 and was also the first Thai Miss Universe to reach the final 3 of the quiz.
Last time in Thailand To go as far as Miss Universe runner-up, we have to go back 57 years. The representative of the country at that time was “Jiranan Sawettanan”, the 2nd runner-up of Miss Universe in 1966, who went on to represent Thailand after “Apasra Hongsakula” Thailand’s first Miss Universe
Around the Final Question or answering questions, the last 3 people, “Anntonia Porsild”, chose to answer the question: “If you choose to be a woman in this world Who would you choose? And for what reason?” To which “Anntonia Porsild” answered confidently that she chose “Malala Yousafzai,” the youngest Nobel Peace Prize winner in the world. “Malala Yousafzai” is a female Pakistani activist fighting for equal education for girls and women in their home country until causing her to become a target of violence from people who don’t agree with her where women in Pakistan can get education to the point of being shot in the head by a Taliban gunman, “Anntonia Porsild” praised her bravery, strength, and never giving up on being a leader to create change.
