ญี่ปุ่นแก้ปัญหานอนหลับไม่เพียงพอ ด้วยเสื้อแจ็คเก็ตกล่อมนอน ตัวช่วยที่ทำให้ให้งีบหลับได้ทุกที่

ญี่ปุ่นเป็นหนึ่งในประเทศที่นอนน้อยที่สุดในโลก นั่นเป็นแรงบันดาลใจให้บริษัทออกแบบในโตเกียวคิดค้นนวัตกรรมใหม่ที่ไม่ธรรมดา เสื้อกันหนาวอัจฉริยะสำหรับนอนหลับ หรือ ZZZN Puffer Jacket for Sleep แจ็คเก็ตที่ออกแบบมาเพื่อเปลี่ยน “การงีบ” ให้เป็นประสบการณ์ที่ทรงคุณภาพ ด้วยการผสานเทคโนโลยีเซ็นเซอร์ชีวภาพ แสง และเสียง ที่ช่วยกล่อมผู้สวมใส่ให้หลับอย่างเป็นธรรมชาติในทุกที่ทุกเวลา

แจ็คเก็ตตัวนี้ดูภายนอกอาจคล้ายเสื้อโอเวอร์ไซส์สีฟ้าพองตัวทั่วไป แต่ภายในคือเทคโนโลยีที่เริ่มจากการใช้ ใยไฟเบอร์เบาแต่เก็บความร้อนได้ดี มีฮู้ดลึกเพื่อความเป็นส่วนตัว และฝังหูฟังไว้ในตัว สำหรับเล่น “neuromusic” หรือเสียงที่มีคลื่นความถี่กล่อมสมองให้เข้าสู่ภาวะหลับลึก แหวนอัจฉริยะ SOXAI จะตรวจวัดชีพจร อุณหภูมิร่างกาย ระดับความเครียดและแบบแผนการนอนของผู้สวมเพื่อปรับแสงและเสียงให้เหมาะสมกับแต่ละคนแบบเรียลไทม์ แสงไฟบนฮู้ด ยังเปลี่ยนตามจังหวะการหลับ–ตื่น นอกจากนี้ยังมีหมวกคลุมศีรษะแบบเฮดเกียร์ในตัว สำหรับเก็บความร้อนขณะนอนในที่อากาศเย็น

ผลงานสุดล้ำนี้เป็นความร่วมมือระหว่าง Konel บริษัทออกแบบในโตเกียว และ NTT DX Partners จะเปิดให้ประชาชนทดลองใช้งานได้ที่งาน Expo 2025 Osaka ระหว่าง 24 มิ.ย. – 7 ก.ค. ทีมผู้ผลิตเผยว่า กำลังเจรจากับแบรนด์แฟชั่นเพื่อพัฒนาเป็นสินค้าร่วม (co-branded product) และหวังจะต่อยอดสู่เสื้อผ้าที่ผสานคุณค่าของการนอนเข้ากับสไตล์ประจำวัน แม้จะยังไม่มีการเปิดเผยราคาอย่างเป็นทางการ แต่การเปิดตัวครั้งแรกที่ Milan Design Week เมื่อเมษายนที่ผ่านมา ได้สร้างความสนใจอย่างมาก

Japan is one of the most sleep-deprived countries in the world, inspiring a Tokyo-based design firm to create an extraordinary innovation: the ZZZN Puffer Jacket for Sleep. This smart jacket is designed to transform napping into a high-quality experience by combining biometric sensors, light, and sound technology to naturally lull the wearer to sleep anytime, anywhere.

At first glance, the jacket looks like a typical oversized light blue puffer, but inside it features lightweight, heat-retaining fiber, a deep hood for privacy, and built-in headphones that play “neuromusic”—frequencies that help the brain enter deep sleep. The SOXAI smart ring monitors the wearer’s heart rate, body temperature, stress levels, and sleep patterns to adjust the light and sound in real time for personalized comfort. The hood’s light shifts according to sleep cycles, and the jacket also includes a built-in headgear helmet to keep the wearer warm during cold weather naps.

This cutting-edge product is a collaboration between Tokyo design firm Konel and NTT DX Partners and will be available for public trials at Expo 2025 Osaka from June 24 to July 7. The creators are negotiating with fashion brands to develop co-branded products and aim to evolve this concept into everyday wear that blends sleep benefits with style. Although no official price has been announced yet, the jacket’s debut at Milan Design Week last April garnered significant attention.
