วันที่ 18 กรกฎาคม ปักกิ่ง – บุลการี (Bvlgari) ช่างอัญมณีชั้นสูงชาวโรมัน จัดงานเฉลิมฉลองอันยิ่งใหญ่ เพื่อส่งท้ายงาน เซอร์เพนติ แฟคตอรี (Serpenti Factory) ซึ่งริเริ่มจากงานศิลปะระดับโลกที่อุทิศให้กับสัญลักษณ์เซอร์เพนติ (Serpenti) อันเป็นตำนานของแบรนด์ พร้อมพิธีเปิดงานนิทรรศการ “เซอร์เพนติ อินฟินิท เทลส์” (Serpenti Infinite Tales) ที่ เจเนซิส อาร์ต แกลเลอรี (Genesis Art Gallery) ณ กรุงปักกิ่ง รังสรรค์ขึ้นโดยสถาปนิกชาวญี่ปุ่นชื่อดังอย่าง ทาดาโอะ อันโดะ (Tadao Ando) โดยสถานที่อันหรูหราแห่งนี้ตั้งอยู่ใกล้กับโรงแรมบุลการีปักกิ่ง (Bvlgari Hotel Beijing) ซึ่งเปิดให้บริการครั้งแรกเพื่อรับรองนิทรรศการนี้โดยเฉพาะ
ครั้งนี้ถือเป็นก้าวสำคัญของการเดินทางอันยาวนานถึง 2 ปี ซึ่งจัดขึ้นที่หลายเมืองทั่วโลกตั้งแต่ ลอนดอน, มาดริด, เซี่ยงไฮ้, โซล, นิวยอร์ก, ลอสแอนเจลิส, ดูไบ, มิลาน, โตเกียว และปัจจุบันที่ปักกิ่ง โดยนิทรรศการ เซอร์เพนติ แฟคตอรี คราวนี้เป็นครั้งที่ยิ่งใหญ่ที่สุด พร้อมแขกร่วมงานระดับแนวหน้ามากมาย ทั้งศิลปินในประเทศและจากทั่วโลก
ในงานนิทรรศการมีตั้งแต่งานที่ไม่เคยเผยโฉมที่ไหน ไปจนถึงชิ้นงานอันโด่งดังจากงานระดับโลกที่ผ่านมา ซึ่งทุกผลงานได้รับแรงบันดาลใจจากเซอร์เพนติและรังสรรค์ขึ้นพิเศษสำหรับบุลการีเท่านั้น นิทรรศการนี่บอกเล่าถึงเรื่องราวการเชื่อมโยงกันระหว่างงูและศิลปะ อดีตและปัจจุบัน ตะวันออกและตะวันตก ผ่านลักษณะอันหลากหลายของไอคอนที่อยู่เหนือกาลเวลา
พิธีเปิด ณ เจเนซิส อาร์ต แกลเลอรี (Genesis Art Gallery) ได้รับเกียรติจากแขกทั่วโลกที่มาร่วมงานกว่า 300 คนกับ ฌอง-คริสตอฟ บาบิน (Jean-Christophe Babin) ซีอีโอแห่งบุลการี และ มาสซิโม แอมโบรเซ็ตติ (Massimo Ambrosetti) เอกอัครราชทูตอิตาลีประจำสาธารณรัฐประชาชนจีน, หลิวอี้เฟย (Yifei Liu)โกลบอลแบรนด์แอมบาสเดอร์ของบุลการี และ อู๋ เหล่ย (Leo Wu) แบรนด์แอมบาสเดอร์, เชาตัน (Cao Dan) ภัณฑารักษ์ของนิทรรศการ, และจางชัวจอง (Zhang Shuojiong) นักออกแบบพื้นที่นิทรรศการ นอกจากนี้ยังมีบรรดาศิลปินในประเทศและระดับโลกมากมายที่มาร่วมเป็นส่วนหนึ่งของงาน เซอร์เพนติ แฟคตอรี อาธิ เคท เอ็ม เมอร์ซิเออร์ (Cate M Mercier), ฮง ซุงฮเย (Hong Seung-Hye), เฉียนหลีหัว (Qian Lihuai), คีย์โอลา (Quayola), แดเนียล โรซิน (Daniel Rozin), ชานเหลียง (Shanliang), อู จุนยอง (Wu Junyong), ยางยวนยวน (Yang Yuanyuan), เชินเพ็งเพ็ง (Chen Pengpeng), เจียงรุยอิง (Jiang Ruiying), ฉีเล่อ (Qi Le) และ เจงเจียอาน (Zheng Jiayan)

แขกผู้มีเกียรติต่างเพลิดพลินไปกับรอบพิเศษของงานนิทรรศการที่มีถึง 5 เรื่องราวให้ได้ชมกัน โดยภายในงานจะมีการจัดโชว์ผลงานของศิลปินร่วมสมัยที่สร้างสรรค์สัญลักษณ์เซอร์เพนติผ่านการตีความในแบบฉบับของตัวเอง เคียงข้างกับชิ้นงานเซอร์เพนติอันเป็นสัญลักษณ์ ทั้งจากบุลการรี เฮอริเทจ คอลเลกชั่น (Bvlgari Heritage Collection) และคอลเลกชั่นปัจจุบัน โดยนำเสนอการเดินทางที่เปี่ยมไปด้วยจินตนาการผ่านวิวัฒนาการอันไม่สิ้นสุดของสัญลักษณ์ในตำนานนี้ จุดเด่นของงานคือวิดีโอของกรรมวิธีการรังสรรค์ เซอร์เพนติ เอเทอร์นา (Serpenti Aeterna) สร้อยคอเครื่องประดับชั้นสูงออกแบบเพื่อเฉลิมฉลองครบรอบ 140 ปีของบุลการี อันเป็นการบ่งบอกถึงความเชี่ยวชาญด้านศิลปะและความเชี่ยวชาญด้านอัญมณีของแบรนด์ที่หาใครเปรียบไม่ได้ นอกจากนี้ยังมีการจัดแสดงเรือนนาฬิกาจากคอลเลกชั่นพิเศษ ทาดาโอะ อันโดะ x เซอร์เพนติ ทูโบกาส โดยสถาปนิกสัญชาติญี่ปุ่นผู้ออกแบบเจเนซิส อาร์ต แกลเลอรี หลังจากการชมงานนิทรรศการเสร็จสิ้นลง แขกก็ได้ร่วมสนุกกับค๊อกเทลปาร์ตี้ที่ทางแบรนด์ได้เตรียมไว้ที่บริเวณคอร์ทยาร์ดด้านนอกแกลเลอรี่

Bvlgari celebrated the Grand Finale of its Serpenti Factory with a magnificent exhibition at the Genesis Art Gallery in Beijing
July 18, Beijing – Bvlgari, the Magnificent Roman High Jeweler, celebrated the Grand Finale of its Serpenti Factory – a global artistic initiative dedicated to the Maison’s legendary Serpenti sign – with the opening ceremony of the “Serpenti Infinite Tales” exhibition at the Genesis Art Gallery in Beijing. Designed by the visionary Japanese architect Tadao Ando, the prestigious location, situated in close proximity to the Bvlgari Hotel Beijing, has opened its doors for the very first time to host an exhibition of a luxury House.
As the last momentous stage of a two-year long journey that reached many cities all around the world – London, Madrid, Shanghai, Seoul, New York, Los Angeles, Dubai, Milan, Tokyo, and now, Beijing – this final exhibition represents the largest Serpenti Factory ever, with the highest participation of local and international artists.
Showcasing new unpublished works as well as significant artworks from previous international stages – all inspired by Serpenti and exclusively created for Bvlgari – the exhibition sheds light on the centenary bond between the snake and art, bridging past and present, East and West through the multifaceted nature of the timeless sign.
The inaugural ceremony at the Genesis Art Gallery was graced by about 300 international guests with the presence of Bvlgari CEO Jean-Christophe Babin and Massimo Ambrosetti, Ambassador of Italy to People’s Republic of China, Bvlgari Global Brand Ambassador Yifei Liu and Brand Ambassador Leo Wu. Exhibition curator Cao Dan, exhibition space designer Zhang Shuojiong, as well as the local and international artists who took part in the Serpenti Factory, namely Cate M Mercier, Hong Seung-Hye, Qian Lihuai, Quayola, Daniel Rozin, Shanliang, Wu Junyong, Yang Yuanyuan, Chen Pengpeng, Jiang Ruiying, Qi Le and Zheng Jiayan, were also among the guests.
“Throughout the history of human civilization, the serpent has been a powerful symbol of bold visions and profound meaning, inspiring countless artistic and cultural creations. Bvlgari’s Serpenti collection, with its iconic snake motif, embodies classic Italian aesthetics and female empowerment. The Bvlgari Serpenti Infinite Tales exhibition debuted in Shanghai and now arrives in Beijing, an inspiring city with a deep cultural heritage, to celebrate the Grand Finale of the Serpenti Factory. The Beijing exhibition showcases artworks that embody the spirit of transformation and innovation of Serpenti, allowing us to share this with the Chinese audience” said Jean-Christophe Babin in his inaugural speech.
Guests enjoyed an exclusive preview of the exhibition strolling through its five different thematic chapters. Along with the works of contemporary artists who displayed their personal interpretation of the Serpenti sign, a selection of iconic Serpenti creations – both from the Bvlgari Heritage Collection and current collections – offered an immersive journey through the perpetual evolution of this legendary emblem. Some of the highlights were the making of videos of Serpenti Aeterna, the High Jewelry necklace created in celebration of Bvlgari’s 140th anniversary, a true testament to the Maison’s unrivalled artisanal mastery and gemstone know-how, and the display of the Tadao Andao x Serpenti Tubogas watches, a Special Edition collection born in collaboration with the Japanese architect that designed the Genesis Art Gallery. After having visited the exhibition, guests were entertained by a cocktail party in the Gallery’s external courtyard.
For this special occasion, Bvlgari Global Brand Ambassador Yifei Liu and Brand Ambassador Leo Wu wore mesmerizing creations form the Serpenti collection, perfectly embodying the powerful spirit of the legendary sign.
The “Serpenti Infinite Tales” exhibition will be open to the public from July 19th until August 18th 2024 at the Genesis Art Gallery.
