Master sculptors from Artisans Angkor meticulously selected pink and grey sandstone, as well as red volcanic lava stone, relying on centuries old techniques to handcraft each piece with precision and care. These pedestals are not merely stands; they are embodiments of the refined elegance of the Banteay Srei temple, the profound depth of traditional Khmer sculptures, and the strong resilience of rare materials. Inspired by classical Angkorian motifs, each pedestal showcasing Bvlgari jewelry exuded a harmonious blend of Cambodia’s timeless craftsmanship and Bvlgari’s contemporary elegance. A masterpiece that celebrated Rome’s historical heritage and Italian art, craftsmanship and technology and made possible by the collaboration between Bvlgari, the Istituto Centrale per la Grafica and Rubelli.
