Maison Guerlain introduces a new ode to love with the launch of Amour Céleste Millésime 2025, a limited-edition fragrance from the Exceptional Rendezvous collection. Inspired by the timeless Chinese legend of “Niulang” and “Zhinu”—star-crossed lovers separated by the Milky Way yet reunited once a year during the Qixi Festival, often called the Lunar Valentine’s Day—this creation captures the poetry of eternal love and destined reunion.
Composed by Delphine Jelk, Guerlain’s Creative Director of Fragrance, Amour Céleste opens with a sparkling freshness of bergamot and orange, before revealing a luminous floral heart of jasmine sambac, rose, and osmanthus. The trail lingers with the enveloping depth of tea and grey amber, evoking the tenderness of longing and the joy of reunion.
Beyond its captivating scent, the iconic Bee Bottle has been transformed into a contemporary work of art by French artist Lucie Touré, renowned for her mastery of paper and textiles. She has adorned each flacon with a bouquet of red and gold paper flowers, embellished with a golden heart and grosgrain ribbon, further enhanced by a delicate chain and heart-shaped charm—symbols of a love that triumphs over fate.
Amour Céleste Millésime 2025 is produced in just 1,730 numbered pieces worldwide, offering collectors a truly unique treasure. Each set includes a 125 ml Bee Bottle and a 30 ml spray bottle, priced at 36,450 THB.
